Return-Refund Policy

Our goal is to obtain the highest level of our clients' satisfaction. Therefore: We give up to 10 years of warranty to all our programs. There will be a full refund with a temporary license* when a program is returned in less than 10 days from the date of purchase. (Exception: Koryo Hand Therapy Complete Learning Program)

If an unlimited License has been issued, there will be no refund on all programs. If a CD-ROM has been sent to you, a $10 charge will apply for shipping and handling. If a program has been downloaded from our website, there will be no additional charge on return.

All program have unlimited upgrades for up to 10 years and free of charge. If a CD ROM has been requested for an upgrade, there will be a $10 charge for the cost of shipping and handling.

A program is to be installed in an individual own computer and up to two computers only. You should know that you might not share the program with other colleagues and friends. If an individual wishes to install the program in more than two computers, there will be a charge apply equal to 50% of the program value or higher. (Except our distance Learning Programs which is equal to 100%)

If a program has been installed in a computer and later the computer has been crashed, discarded or replaced, the user may send an e-mail to received a new validation key free of charge.

All books and KHT-TCM supplies are not refundable. However, if a book is damaged upon arrival, the practitioner and/or student should report the damage as early as possible by sending e-mail. We may ask to return the book for replacement. We pay the cost of 2nd book shipment.

All pellets and KHT Supplies are not refundable. If an electronic unit such as KHT E-Beam has been purchased, there will be a one-year warranty supplied by the manufacture of the unit. Please read the warranty paper supplied by the manufacture company.

Refunds are paid in same way they were received. If paid by a Charge Card, a credit will be issued to the same charge card or if paid by a check, a check will be issued to the purchaser in less than four weeks.

You are able to upgrade a program to another program from same category and with a higher value and get a full-refund for the old program. This applies only when the program has been purchased from Aukoshimo Professional Training Program Website or from one of the offices in the United States or Australia.

* A temporary License may be issued upon request for the viewing a program. Such License normally expires after 24 hours.
